Construction loans as well as end loans are available and Pine View Homes can act as your general contractor when necessary. If you own land, you may qualify for a "No Money Down" program.

Also, be sure to ask about the "Neighborhood Grant" and "Community Concept" programs which can be utilized if you qualify. Also, there is financing available for people with low credit or no credit scores (The interest rates will vary depending on each person's situation).
